SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are based on the current DHL rates.

 

PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Your order will be carefully packed and prepared for shipping within 2–4 business days. Afterwards, we hand the package over to DHL.

Estimated delivery times:

Please note that the following timeframes refer to the shipping duration after the package has been handed over to DHL. They do not include processing time.

  • within Germany: approx. 1-2 business days
  • within Europe: approx. 2-4 business days
  • worldwide: approx. 7-14 business days

Delivery times are based on DHL Germany’s standard schedules and may be affected by factors such as customs processing, peak seasons (e.g., Christmas), or extreme weather conditions.


UNCLAIMED PACKAGES AND RETURNED GOODS – GERMANY & EU

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the buyer such as an incorrect delivery address, refusal of acceptance, failure to pick up at a parcel shop, or similar circumstances and the goods are returned to us, the following applies:

  • The buyer is responsible for the original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and any fees incurred through third parties (e.g., logistics providers or fulfillment partners) for handling the return.

  • Upon request, the goods can be re-shipped. This requires prior payment of the additional shipping costs, return shipping fees, and any costs incurred by third parties for return handling (e.g., logistics providers or fulfillment partners). The new shipment will be processed immediately after payment has been received. 

  • If the re-shipment is not initiated within 7 business days through payment, we reserve the right to withdraw from the purchase contract pursuant to § 323 of the German Civil Code (BGB). 

    The 7-day period begins on the day we notify you by email about the return of the goods.

  • A refund of the purchase price in such cases will only be issued minus any additional costs incurred, and only after the goods have been returned to us undamaged.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and that you are able to accept or pick up the package in time to avoid additional charges.

 

SHIPPING TO NON-EU COUNTRIES

Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union are invoiced without German VAT (sales tax).

Please note that additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may be charged by the customs authorities of the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping costs. Customs charges are based on the regulations of the destination country and typically apply per package, not per order.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for any potential charges before placing an order.
